Anthony Michael Lopez was born and raised in Chicago, IL, where he grew up performing in local theatre and school plays. Anthony went on to earn a degree in acting from Illinois Wesleyan University. His NYC theatrical debut was in Andrew Scoville's original musical "All The Rats & Rags" at 3LD performance space in downtown Manhattan. Anthony recently appeared in Comedy Central's "Broad City," Showtime's "The Knick," the 2014 NBC Scene Showcase, and in New York Theatre Workshop's staged reading of Othello. Film roles include "Anomaly" by directors Solomon Ligthelm and Dan DiFelice, "Pop Meets The Void" by William Cusick, and "Xmas in July" by Joel Clark. New York stage credits include "The Penalty" at The Public Theater, Agatha Christie's "The Unexpected Guest" Off-Broadway, "All The Rats & Rags" at Joe's Pub, and Dog Gone Day at Brooklyn Arts Exchange.
