She starred as the lead in the cult British action horror film The Witches Hammer, which also featured the legendary Stephanie Beacham. Has also featured in many roles in British drama and played the role of Bertha Rochester in the now classic BBC's Jane Eyre, which starred Ruth Wilson and Toby Stephens. Nominated for best female lead in the feature film Tierra Caliente by the Sydney Indie Film Festival and directed by Laura Plancarte - it is the true story of an ordinary family in the state of Guerrero, Mexico.
