Born in Toronto Ont Canada. Frank went to Los Angles CA. as a teenager to work on foreign cars. He soon found himself working on camera cars and enjoying the movie industry. Thought he would enjoy acting, so he enrolled himself in acting classes taught by Peter Breck for two years. In need of a work visa, Frank decided to go back to Canada to study and pursue his acting career in Toronto. Frank started a cleaning company so he would have the freedom to audition. At the same time he had started a family, and had four children. With this new commitment all Frank could do is dream about acting. In 2006, Frank returned to California where a friend took him onto Warner Brothers Studios. Frank saw Brad Pitt and George Clonney at their trailers while they were filming Oceans Thirteen.
