Jo In-sung was born in July 28, 1981 in Seoul,South Korea. He made his debut as a model, however he started to have an acting career in 2000, however he received the public attention through the TV drama Piano alongside actor Go-Soo. Jo In-sung starred in 2003's romance movie The Classic. By 2004 he joined another TV-Series What Happened in Bali, alongside Ha Ji Won in which he won Baeksang Arts Awards for Best Actor in TV series. He also famous for his high number for commercials for some brands.He served the mandatory military service in April 6 2009, until May 4 2011. One of his last movie before serving the military service was the Frozen Flower, in which he worked with the same director for A Dirty Carnival (2006) by Ha Yoo, He made his comeback appearance for television series after the military service in 2013 by the television drama That Winter, the Wind Blows starring alongside Song Hye Kyo.
