Netflix Movies Starring John Plumpis

John Plumpis was recently seen as Christopher Plummer's prompter and confidant in director Erik Canuel's two actor film BARRYMORE which debuted at the 2011 Toronto International Film Festival. He has been associated with the project since 1998, touring the play across the US and in Canada following Christopher Plummer's Tony Award winning run on Broadway. This past winter he was honored with an invitation from Mr. Plummer to revive the play for a Toronto engagement and the subsequent film. A sought after actor on American stages, Mr. Plumpis works regularly in classics (including 24 Shakespearean productions), modern dramas, comedies, and musicals. For over 5 years he played Timon in the national tour of THE LION KING directed by Julie Taymor.
