By the time he was 11 years old, he was already an accomplished stage actor, singer, and musician performing professionally as Billy in the Madrid's Teatro Alcalá production of Billy Elliott. He almost turned down the role of Francisco in Fatima (2020) unless he was guaranteed he would still have his place as Billy Elliott once filming on Fatima was completed. Jorge's talent as a dancer is well known. He was chosen from hundreds of dancers to dance at The Vatican for a personal performance for Pope Francisco. Jorge is also a musician. He is a very talented violinist, flutist, and cellist playing all three instruments with expertise. Jorge's dancing prowess can be seen in Poms (2019).
