Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Keith attended Inglewood High where he was heavily involved in student government and journalism. He attended California State University, Fresno, where after a brief stint as a journalism major, he was cast in a production of The Colored Museum and subsequently changed his major to Theatre. He received a B.A. in theatre arts. Upon graduation, Keith migrated to the Midwest pursue an MFA in acting from the University of Illinois. While attending Illinois, he was also accepted in to the higher education administration program. Keith has taught theatre at the collegiate level as well as coach young actors. He loves Karaoke and is always on the lookout for the perfect karaoke venue. While in college Keith was a djay for karaoke, weddings and special events.
