America first saw Lauren take the stage on Season 3 of FOX Network's hit reality series So You Think You Can Dance (2005). Her love for dance and undeniable gift landed her a spot in the final six contestants. Once the season was over, the producers could not bare to have Lauren leave and quickly found a way for her return. Along with assisting the biggest choreographers attached to the show such as Tyce Diorio, Napoleon and Tabitha, and Mia Michaels during seasons 4, 5, and 6, Lauren was also chosen to travel on the Season 5 audition tour as the highlighted choreographer for the "Choreography round." Lauren's consistency, love for the stage, and passion for mentoring others made her an obvious choice to return as an All-Star for seasons 7,8, and 9.
