Netflix Movies Starring Philip Boyd

Philip Boyd grew up about 25 miles Southeast of Atlanta, in a small town called Conyers, GA. His first taste of show business was in a show called "In The Heat of the Night" which filmed close by to where he grew up. He grew up playing baseball, football and wrestling. After graduating Rockdale County High School in 1993 he played baseball for a traveling team for a short while in hopes of following in his great grandfather, Dave Harris, who played professional baseball back in 1932. Philip's love for the arts moved him to Los Angeles in 1995 where he landed his first professional acting job working along Michelle Williams, James Naughton and Mel Harris in the pilot "Raising Caines". Since then, Philip has appeared on several TV shows and has worked with such actors as Christina Ricci, Katie Holmes, Bette Midler and Holly Hunter, who is also a native of Conyers, Ga.
