Wael Marwan Al-Masri, born on the 1st of January, 1979, moved to Dubai when he was 3 years old, where he grow up and studied aerospace engineering and aviation.! He taught himself about the media world in 1998, and learned how to play around with video and audio, while working on a few freelance jobs for well known local clients.! In the year 2000, he joined the 14 year old production house (Alwan Art Production) as a director's assistant, and in no time he was promoted to Assistant Director. There he produced and directed various Radio and TV Products.! In 2003, he joined CNBC Arabiya to teach reporters how to edit. He established the editing department by putting together a unique team of editors to improve the output style and quality, and headed the newly created promotions department.
