A new kid moves into school, making enemies with the affluent societies and joining the beleaguered Science Club. But when an old potion is discovered to confer telekinetic power he gets the chance to get his own back, as well as having a bit of fun on the side.

Like a fish out of water, Kevin Matthews, the newest student of the prestigious Ralph Waldo Emerson High School, gets kicked out of the trendy Key Club. As a result, the teenage outcast finds refuge in the bosom of the school's Science Club, where, just like his predecessor, Barney Springboro, in Zapped! (1982), has an unusual accident, and exposes himself to a potent telekinesis-enabling formula. Once more, the girls' skirts and blouses are undone, and bullies get what's coming to them; however, the classroom's most beautiful girl is still not interested in the new and improved Kevin. Will he ever find love?
